 Independence
The founder and the chief of «Selena-Audit" firm is the private person, independent from any obligations concerning commercial, financial and state structures. At realization of auditor inspection and auditor's conclusion drafting, our company adheres to a principle of independence from the checked economic entity, and from any third persons, which could influence objectivity of the auditor opinion.
Confidentiality
Strict observance of confidentiality of the information, which we receive from our clients, is one of the major standards of our operation. We ensure safety of the documents received and constituted by us during work, and we do not disclose them without the consent of the proprietor as it is established by the Ukrainian legislation and a professional etiquette. The item on confidentiality is an integral part of the agreement concluded with the client.
Quality assurance
The high quality of works is warranted by system of in-house auditing standards of «Selena-Audit" Firm, which are developed based on national and international standards of audit. The mentioned system corresponds to the international auditor standards, and to the current legislation regulating auditor activity in Ukraine. The quality assurance also is reserved in our agreements providing responsibility for quality of performed works.
